After a user writes a testimonial you can ask them to write a review for you on Capterra.
Example request for a review on Capterra
Connect your Capterra page
In RateHighly go to Settings > Integrations and select Capterra.
On the integration page, enter the link to your Capterra page and the link to your Capterra review page.
Finally, click Save to finish connecting RateHighly to your Capterra page.
Send users to Capterra
To request a Capterra review from users go to Manage campaign > Request to share testimonials and add Capterra to the sharing destinations.
RateHighly will automatically request a Capterra review from users after they give a testimonial in-app.
