After a user writes a testimonial you can ask them to write a review for you on Salesforce AppExchange.

Connect your Salesforce AppExchange page
In RateHighly go to Settings > Integrations and select Salesforce AppExchange.
On the integration page, enter the link to your Salesforce AppExchange page and the link to your Salesforce AppExchange review page.
Finally, click Save to finish connecting RateHighly to your Salesforce AppExchange page.
Send users to AppExchange
To request an AppExchange review from users go to Manage campaign > Request to share testimonials and add Salesforce to the sharing destinations.
RateHighly will automatically request an AppExchange review from users after they give a testimonial in-app.
