After a user writes a testimonial you can ask them to write a review for you on TrustRadius.
Example request for a review on TrustRadius
Connect your TrustRadius page
In RateHighly go to Settings > Integrations and select TrustRadius.
On the integration page, enter the link to your TrustRadius page and the link to your TrustRadius review page.
Finally, click Save to finish connecting RateHighly to your TrustRadius page.
Send users to TrustRadius
To request a TrustRadius review from users go to Manage campaign > Request to share testimonials and add TrustRadius to the sharing destinations.
RateHighly will automatically request a TrustRadius review from users after they give a testimonial in-app.
