After a user writes a testimonial you can ask them to write a review for your app on the Shopify app store.

Connect your Shopify App Store page
In RateHighly go to Settings > Integrations and select Shopify.
On the integration page, enter the link to your Shopify page and the link to your Shopify review page.
Finally, click Save to finish connecting RateHighly to your Shopify page.
Request a review on the Shopify App Store
To request a Shopify review from users go to Manage campaign > Request to share testimonials and add Shopify to the sharing destinations.
RateHighly will automatically request a Shopify review from users after they give a testimonial in-app.
