Trigger review requests after Survicate survey completions

Updated over a week ago

You can connect your RateHighly account with Survicate to automatically send review request emails to your users after they complete a survey.

💡 Read how to trigger review requests after a Survicate survey is completed.

What data is received by RateHighly?

RateHighly will receive users details and responses from Survicate.

This is a soft-realtime integration. You can expect to see a Survicate response in RateHighly within minutes of it occurring in Survicate.

Steps to connect RateHighly to Survicate

Note: A paid Survicate plan is required to use the Data Export API, which the RateHighly integration uses.

In Survicate

  1. In the Survicate dashboard go to Survey Settings > Access Keus

  2. Copy your API key (you don't need your workspace key)

In RateHighly

  1. In the RateHighly dashboard go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Click Set up on the Survicate integration

  3. Give the integration a name such as 'Survicate'

  4. Paste in the API key you created earlier

  5. Click save

  6. Copy your new Webhook URL

In Satismeter

  1. Navigate to any Survey you want to connect and click "Edit"

  2. Go to Connections and click "Webhooks"

  3. Click on Settings, then enable "Send notifications on survey completion"

  4. Paste in your Webhook URL from your RateHighly integration

  5. Save your survey, and do the same for any other surveys you wish to connect to RateHighly

This will create the integration and begin the historical sync of your data. Any new responses in your Survicate surveys will also be sent to RateHighly after the initial sync completes.

You can now trigger review requests after a Survicate survey is completed!

Managing your integration

You can Pause or Remove an integration at any time from RateHighly. Pausing the integration will stop any new review request sequences from being triggered after a survey is completed.

Removing an integration deletes the integration permanently, but does not delete any data from RateHighly.
