Steps to connect RateHighly to Slack
Connect Slack
On the Slack integration page, click the Add to Slack button.
You will be prompted to give the RateHighly bot access to your Slack workspace. Once complete, you will be redirected to the Slack integration page.
Add the RateHighly bot to your public Slack channels
To receive RateHighly messages in a Slack channel, you first need to add the bot to a channel. The bot is named RateHighly.
Note: The bot should be added to a public Slack channel, as it does not have access to private channels.
