Sync your RateHighly responses to ChartMogul to segment your MRR by NPS score and see user feedback as private notes on ChartMogul CRM conversations.
What this integration can do
Adds a
ratehighly_scorecustom attribute to customers and contacts (a value from 1 to 10) which enables filtering your ChartMogul metrics by user scores. For instance you can compare churn rate for NPS Promoters, Detractors, and Passives.Adds feedback and testimonials to contacts in ChartMogul CRM as private notes. This lets you see what a user wrote in-app right in your CRM.
Steps to connect RateHighly to ChartMogul
Go to Settings > Integrations > ChartMogul and click Setup.
In your ChartMogul account generate a ChartMogul Read & Write API key.
Back in RateHighly, on the ChartMogul integration page paste your ChartMogul API Key into the API Key field, then click Create integration.
Once you create the integration a historic sync will begin. All of your RateHighly users will be synced with ChartMogul contacts and customers.
When you next receive a rating, feedback, or testimonial via RateHighly we'll sync that to ChartMogul.
