βœ‹ I'd like to request an integration

Excellent! We'd love to hear about that. Please send us a message in the chat box to the bottom right of the page.

Create an integration

You can create a new integration on the Integrations page.

Find your integration by filtering the integrations list by category or by searching for a term. Once you've found the integration you'd like to use, click Set up and follow the steps on the next page to complete the set up.

Check the status of an integration

You can confirm your integration is running smoothly by clicking Manage integrations on the Integrations page.

On the Manage Integrations page you can see which integrations have been created, and the errors (if any) affecting the integration.

Pause an integration

You can pause some integrations to prevent any new data from being synced with the integration. Use this feature to prevent new events from being sent to Segment, or new scores from being sent to ChartMogul.

You can temporarily pause an integration by clicking Pause next to the integration on the Manage Integrations page.

Data that has already been synced will not be affected – data will not be deleted from destination services like Segment or ChartMogul. Pausing only prevents new data from being synced.

You can unpause an integration at any time from the same place.

Remove an integration

You can permanently remove an integration by clicking Remove integration on the Manage Integrations page.

Data that has already been synced will not be affected – data will not be deleted from destination services like Segment or ChartMogul. Removing an integration only prevents new data from being synced.

Removing an integration is permanent – to start syncing data with a service again you'll need to recreate the integration.
