Find people and companies
On the People page you can see the list of your users in RateHighly.
You can filter by selecting a segment or by searching. Click a user's name to view their user profile page or click their account name to view their company profile.
User profiles
You can view all of the responses (feedback and testimonials) that an individual user has given on this page.
Click unsubscribe to prevent the user from being surveyed in-app or via email again.
Click edit to modify the user, for instance to add a new avatar.
Click Delete user to remove the user's profile and all of their activity and responses (including testimonials and feedback).
Click Activity to see the user's session history and selected events for each session.
