Updated over a week ago

This quick guide will show you how to gather feedback from your users while they're using your app.

Gather feedback in three steps

πŸ”₯ I want to get started quickly

OK! Here's the speed run. Hold on to your hats 🀠

  1. Go to Get Started and create your account

  2. Go to Manage Campaign and click Get code

  3. Paste the code snippet at the bottom of every page on your app (full details)

  4. You're done! Your users will give you feedback soon.

Too quick? No problem! The full guide is below.

1. Create an account

Go to Get Started to create your account.

This usually takes less than a minute. You can also check out our full guide to getting started.

2. Connect your app to RateHighly

Once you've created your account you can hook up your app to RateHighly. This usually takes about 5 minutes. Read how to connect your app.

RateHighly requests feedback from your users in-app. Users are often happier to give detailed feedback while they're actively using an app.

Integrating your app with RateHighly is easy - just add a snippet of code and you're ready to go.

3. Start your in-app campaign

Once you've hooked up your app, it's time to start gathering feedback from your users. This step typically takes 1-2 minutes.

✨ All done? Here's a bonus ✨

Everyone loves feedback, but did you know RateHighly can also collect testimonials from your users too? This will happen automatically when you collect feedback - it's an optional extra step your happiest users can take. Your users will give you some kudos that you can share publicly with others on a Wall of Love.
